Cindy is the welcoming face and first point of contact at Donaldson Law, leading our Reception and Client Services. With a career spanning law, aviation, education, recruitment, small business, and corporate services, she brings exceptional organisational skills, professionalism, and a genuine people-first approach to everything she does.

Her background includes supporting executives, managing high-pressure schedules, streamlining processes, and delivering events that connect people and celebrate milestones. Holding a Diploma, Mental Health First Aid certification and currently completing her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Cindy blends attention to detail with empathy to ensure every client feels supported and valued.

From greeting clients and managing enquiries to coordinating the smooth running of our office, Cindy plays an essential role in creating a professional yet welcoming environment for our team and clients alike.
